Delco Trailers, LLC is a family-owned steel trailer manufacturer headquartered on Highway 82 West in Brookston, Texas. The company started in 2006 in a 4,800-square-foot shop in Paris, Texas. By 2020 it had outgrown a 180,000-square-foot plant, and in 2023 it opened a purpose-built facility of about 600,000 square feet in Brookston designed around production flow and automation.

Delco lists more than 500 trailer configurations, output of 150 to 200 trailers a week and more than 200 employees. Every trailer starts with American steel cut on CNC laser equipment to plus or minus 0.001 inch, and parts such as crossmembers, gussets and brackets are formed on CNC-controlled machines. Welding combines skilled welders with automated processes, and each weld is inspected. Since the third quarter of 2024, automated wash bays have removed oil and mill scale before finishing, and a powder coat line built with Total Finishing Systems applies a multi-stage finish offered in 14 colors.

Before shipping, each trailer gets a final inspection of structure, electrical systems, finish, hardware torque and load certification. Delco appears in the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers’ directory of compliant trailer manufacturers.
