How do I pay?

By card at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page; card details aren’t stored on our site. List Sponsor ($99/mo) and Industry Sponsor ($299/mo) have a 3-month minimum, and those first 3 months aren’t refundable, except as described under “Placement timing.” List Sponsor and Industry Sponsor placements renew automatically each month at the listed price once the 3-month minimum ends, until you cancel. Paid placements are cancelled through the Contact Us form.

Does my placement renew automatically?

Yes. Paid placements renew monthly after the 3-month minimum, until you cancel through the Contact Us form.

Can I cancel a sponsored spot?

Yes. Send a request anytime through the Contact Us form; it ends at the end of your 3-month minimum or your current paid month, whichever is later.

Do I get a refund if you remove my listing?

Yes, a prorated refund for the unused part, even during the 3-month minimum, unless it was removed because you violated our terms.

Cancellation and refunds

1. Paid placements (List Sponsor $99/month, Industry Sponsor $299/month): Paid placements have a 3-month minimum: you agree to pay for the first 3 months (for example, 3 × $99 = $297 for a List Sponsor), and those charges aren’t refundable, except as described under “Placement timing.” You can send a cancellation request anytime through the Contact Us form; it takes effect at the end of your 3-month minimum or your current paid month, whichever is later.
2. Placement timing: When you buy a List Sponsor or Industry Sponsor spot, you name the listing page you want at checkout. We place your Sponsored listing within 5 business days of your charge. Each page holds up to 3 sponsors; if your page is full, we’ll offer you another page. If you’d rather not take another page, we refund that charge in full and cancel the placement. If we reject your listing before it’s placed, or can’t place it within 5 business days, we refund that charge in full and cancel the placement, and the 3-month minimum doesn’t apply. Otherwise, your 3-month minimum starts on the date of your first charge.
3. If we remove your listing: If we remove your listing or placement for any reason other than a violation of our terms, we refund the unused part of your payment, prorated. This applies during the 3-month minimum too. If removal is because you violated our terms, there’s no refund. This doesn’t apply to a listing we never placed; see Placement timing.
4. How refunds are paid: Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or by another method we agree on.
5. How to cancel: Paid placements (List Sponsor, Industry Sponsor): cancel through our Contact Us form; we’ll set the cancellation for the end of your 3-month minimum or the end of your current paid month, whichever is later. When you use Contact Us, name your company and the product list or industry page where your placement appears so we can match it to your placement.

Automatic renewal

1. Placements renew monthly after the minimum. List Sponsor and Industry Sponsor placements renew automatically each month at the listed price once the 3-month minimum ends, until you cancel.
2. How to cancel. Paid placements are cancelled through the Contact Us form (/contact-us/). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period (no earlier than the end of the 3-month minimum), and you won’t be charged again after that.
3. You agree at checkout. Before your first charge, you agree to these terms, including automatic renewal.
4. Price changes. If our price changes, we’ll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Who bills you. Payments are processed by Stripe for Go Right Strategies Inc., a Florida corporation, which operates ManufacturersLists.com.
