Aerocor, Inc. is a family-owned precision metal manufacturer on Newberry Road in East Windsor, Connecticut. It serves aerospace and industrial prime contractors nationally and cites 50 years of combined industry experience. The company says its quality management system is certified to AS9100 and ISO 9001.

Aerocor keeps its metal forming work under one roof. Its capabilities include precision stampings to tight tolerances, sheet metal forming of brackets, channels, angles and complex details, and abrasive waterjet cutting for complex profiles and near-net-shape parts in heat-sensitive alloys. It also produces structural and precision weldments to customer drawings and builds multi-detail assemblies that combine stampings, formed parts, weldments and hardware. Special processes include resistance spot welding, resistance seam welding for continuous or leak-tight joints, and hot forming of titanium and other hard-to-form alloys.

The shop works in nickel-based and cobalt-based high-temperature alloys for aerospace and gas turbine use, commercially pure and alloyed titanium, 2xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx series aluminum, austenitic, martensitic and precipitation-hardening stainless steels, and low and medium carbon steel. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern.
