About
TexBev is a Texas beverage co-packer that manufactures and packages drinks for small and mid-size brands. It describes itself as an energy drink co-packer and also works with brands seeking a second manufacturer for carbonated soft drinks or starting a private-label energy drink. Production ranges from 1,000-gallon trials to 100,000-gallon runs for established brands, and the company aims for long-term partnerships.
The plant’s utilities include reverse osmosis water, spring water, CO2, liquid nitrogen, steam, glycol and compressed air for blending. Drinks are pasteurized in a tunnel pasteurizer or dosed with Velcorin when needed for shelf life and stability. TexBev runs aluminum cans only, in 8.4-ounce sleek, 12-ounce sleek, 12-ounce standard and 16-ounce standard sizes.
After filling, cans can be packed into cardboard trays, fitted with PakTech handles and bundled and shrink-wrapped before palletizing and wrapping. Its plant is on East El Paso Street in Fort Worth, and the company says the plant is Kosher, USDA Organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and SQF certified.
