About
Epic Bottling is a beverage co-packing facility in Coppell, Texas, about 15 minutes from DFW Airport and close to I-35. Its founders built the plant after failing to find a suitable co-packer for their Texas Tea brand, and they now open it to other beverage brands, from a first few thousand cases upward.
The 56,000-square-foot facility brews teas, juices and lemonades in-house rather than only filling them, blending and formulating on site. Drinks are filled into glass or PET bottles and run through HTST pasteurization and cooling tunnels, and equipment also includes steam tunnels, nitrogen dosing, labeling and case packing. The company follows FDA-compliant quality protocols and ships pallets of finished product ready for distribution.
Brands produced in the plant include Texas Tea, which grew from farmers markets into regional retail, the TEXAS mADE lemonade line, Texas Squeeze, which uses a hot-fill process, and purpose tea, a hot-fill functional tea line that went from formulation to retail in under six months. Its process starts with the client’s recipe, brand goals and timeline, then moves to a feasibility review, packaging recommendations and production specs.
