Oria Lab is a full-service contract manufacturer in Miami for small-batch supplements, CBD tinctures, balms, extracts, specialty foods, pet products and cosmetics. It is a division of Nationwide Health Network LLC, which has been in business since February 2002, and it says its facility is FDA inspected and that it is state-licensed for hemp and TTB licensed. Minimum orders start at 100 units.

Services can be bought individually or as a package. They include custom formulation or recipe replication with pilot samples and stability testing; botanical extraction with rotary evaporators, ultrasonic probes and overhead mixers; and freeze drying of foods, botanicals and supplements into shelf-stable powders. Piston filling handles thick products such as hot sauces, creams, honey, syrups, tinctures and oils, and hot fill covers beverages, bone broth, sauces and hot-process cosmetics. Finishing includes automated labeling, capping, shrink sealing and tamper-evident bands, and barrel-scale batching is available for larger runs.

Its hemp line covers tinctures, topicals, oils and infused products, and the company says its TTB license covers alcohol-based tinctures. Its launch packages range from filling a client’s own product to producing a client formula, with batch records and compliance documentation included in each.
