About
Zerega is a division of Philadelphia Macaroni Company and a manufacturer of dry pasta for the foodservice, industrial ingredient and retail channels. Its New Jersey facility is on Broadway in Fair Lawn, and a second Zerega facility operates in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Philadelphia Macaroni Company has been part of the Investindustrial-backed Windoria group, which includes Winland Foods, since April 2024.
The parent company runs a vertically integrated network that it says keeps logistics and distribution efficient. Its Grand Forks, North Dakota, plant makes traditional dry pasta and specializes in mac-and-cheese co-packing and long goods such as lasagna. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, plant adds precooked and toasted pasta, while Spokane, Washington, focuses on retail, foodservice and precooked pasta. Warminster, Pennsylvania, produces dry, individually quick frozen and precooked pasta and handles test runs and custom production. Minot Milling, another division, is a durum and hard red spring wheat mill in Minot, North Dakota, that specializes in organic milling.
The company says all of its pasta and milling facilities are BRC, Kosher and Organic certified. Corporate headquarters and sales are in Philadelphia’s Italian Market neighborhood, in the building that was its first pasta-making facility.
