Antonio’s Pasta & Ravioli is a family-owned and operated wholesale pasta manufacturer in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The company says it has been making homemade ravioli, stuffed shells, manicotti and fresh semolina pasta for more than 40 years.

The company says it is known for its fresh cheese ravioli and flavored ravioli, which include spinach, roasted red pepper with fresh mozzarella, basil and garlic, short rib, lobster and pumpkin. The fresh semolina pasta comes in several shapes and flavors, among them roasted red pepper pappardelle, fettuccine and black ink linguine. Antonio’s also makes stuffed shells, spinach and cheese manicotti and crepe-style manicotti.

The business currently serves wholesale accounts only and is not open to walk-in customers, though it points shoppers to a map of stores and other outlets that carry its products. Its site describes a small retail shop on the premises as well. In 2023 the company ran a Ravioli For A Cure fundraiser that raised $2,826.50 for Breast Intentions of New Jersey, a group that helps local cancer patients with bills and other costs.
