MG Building Materials Unclaimed

MG Building Materials is a South Texas building-materials dealer with a truss plant division that makes roof trusses, floor trusses and wall panels to order. Customers bring in their blueprints, and the plant builds trusses and panels to match, with frame-friendly layouts meant to make setup fast. The company says no job is too big or too small. MG says it was founded in San Antonio in 1972 and remains family owned, with a third generation now in the business.

Alongside the truss plant, MG runs a San Antonio retail store on Southwest Military Drive and branches in Pleasanton, Corpus Christi, Kerrville and Uvalde. Its locations page lists the truss plant at 9405 New Laredo Highway in San Antonio, and the company also runs a 20-acre wholesale lumberyard for production, custom, commercial and multifamily builders. Its website lists delivery, commercial credit and online quote requests among its services. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration records list MG Building Materials Ltd as an active carrier at the Southwest Military Drive address, with 42 power units and 37 drivers on its September 4, 2025, registration update.
